Sales, refund and cancellation policies

This document contains the policies and conditions that regulate the booking and payment processes within The EXIT website www.exitvalencia.com, so we recommend that you read it carefully and abandon browsing the page if you are not according to them.

Sales policy

Users will have access to the online payment service to make the booking payment from the each room section.

Booking deposit will be 15 euros per room. Once you have completed the entire online booking process through the bank gateway (virtual POS), you will receive a confirmation of payment and booking. Online payments can be made through our virtual POS using VISA and MASTERCARD cards.

Refund policy

Once the booking is made on the website and the payment of the deposit has been formalized, no cancellations or refunds are allowed, but always you can change the date of the booking by giving at least 24 hours notice. The deposit will be kept for 90 days from the date of the original booking and the change of date can be done in writing by sending an email to theexitvalencia@gmail.com indicating all the booking information, adding name and surname, date and contact information.

In no case will the deposit amount be refunded and changes that have been notified less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.

Bookings can’t be made by phone, we can only answer questions about availability of dates and times but clients must formalize the reservation from our website.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or refunds aren’t accepted. You can change the day and time of your booking by giving 24h advance notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the booking and its deposit will be lost.

The EXIT Valencia reserves the right to cancel a session if you are late or arrive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or with a violent attitude.

In no case the deposit amount will be refunded.
